Notes on Submitted Files

Please prepare your files in the following formats: Adobe Illustrator (AI), Adobe Photoshop (PSD), JPG, PNG, PDF, or other image formats. The document resolution should be 300dpi or higher.

Important Notes:

  1. Color Accuracy

    • Printed colors may differ from screen displays due to variations in device calibration.

    • Do not use screen colors as the standard for printing.

  2. Simulation vs. Final Product

    • The provided "mock-up image" is for confirming the design, approximate size, and placement of the print.

    • Actual printed results may vary slightly due to differences in garment dimensions and material textures.

  3. Intellectual Property

    • Under Hong Kong intellectual property laws, all submitted designs must be original or authorized for use (with proof of copyright permission).

    • Customers assume full legal responsibility for any violations related to unauthorized use of copyrighted material.

 Printing Technique Samples

Digital Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printing

The principle of DTG printing is similar to that of a home inkjet printer: it directly prints designs onto T-shirts. This method is ideal for reproducing photographs, complex multi-color patterns, and gradient designs. Compared to heat transfer printing, DTG offers a softer feel on the fabric but comes at a relatively higher cost.

Heat Transfer Printing

Heat transfer printing involves using an inkjet printer to apply colors to PU paper. The design is then precisely cut along the edges and transferred onto the garment using a heat press machine, which applies heat and pressure to firmly bond the pattern to the fabric. This method is suitable for printing colorful designs. However, if the pattern contains fine lines, outlining (stroke addition) is required to ensure durability. With proper processing, the print remains intact for years without easy peeling.

Water-Based Ink Printing

Water-based ink is a type of aqueous paste. The ink penetrates directly into the fabric through a screen mesh, allowing the dye to be absorbed by the textile fibers. This method offers high breathability and a soft texture, making it ideal for solid-color designs and permanent patterns. It is particularly suitable for those who require long-lasting color durability in the finished product. The process is short, environmentally friendly, and relatively inexpensive compared to other printing techniques.

Screen printing

Screen printing is one of the most commonly used T-shirt printing techniques. It delivers exceptionally high-quality and professional results. This method is cost-effective and durable, with prices decreasing as order quantities increase. It is ideally suited for designs featuring simple color blocks and text.

Technologies

Plastisol Ink Printing

Plastisol ink is cost-effective and durable, delivering vibrant colors and sharp, clear patterns. It is ideally suited for printing single-color or high-contrast designs.

Gold Ink / Metallic Ink

Gold ink offers a unique glossy finish that significantly enhances the premium feel of products. It is resistant to discoloration under prolonged UV exposure, and provides protection against stains and wear. With its affordable price and high cost-performance ratio, it is an excellent value-added option.

Embroidery

This is the preferred choice for corporate clients, as it makes designs more vivid and prominent while adding dimensional depth and texture. It is suitable for application on a wide variety of garments.

Special Effects Printing (Foiling/Reflective/Glow-in-the-Dark)

Techniques such as gold foil, silver foil, holographic foil, 3M reflective, fluorescent, and glow-in-the-dark use high-temperature pressing to permanently bond designs onto garments, resulting in a unique and striking finish.

Embroidered Patches

Ideal for intricate designs, embroidered patches are created using colored threads stitched to form patterns. The raised texture adds depth and dimensionality to the design. However, if the pattern is too small, fine details may appear unclear. Conversely, if the patch is too large, it may become stiff and affect wearing comfort.
